Plumber

Key Responsibilities 

• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, diagnose issues accurately, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and damage.

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures across all facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Collaborate effectively with contractors, electricians, and other construction team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth execution of projects as required.

• Interpret and follow work plans, blueprints, and technical instructions precisely to deliver accurate and reliable plumbing installations and repairs.

• Provide weekend on-call support to ensure continuous coverage and rapid response to urgent plumbing needs outside regular working hours.

• Diagnosing and repairing water supply, heating, and ventilation systems, maintaining optimal functionality and comfort within facilities.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in plumbing or a related technical field from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience, including installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and work plans, and the ability to diagnose and repair water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.

• Strong understanding of safety regulations, plumbing codes, and quality standards.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks and working in diverse site conditions.
