Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will focus on selling precast panels, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Kikuyu region.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction sector.
Promote and sell precast panels to contractors, developers, and individual clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
Diploma qualification or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Knowledge of the Kikuyu market and construction industry is an added advantage.
Compensation
Basic Salary: KES 20,000 per month
Attractive commission structure based on sales performance
