Jocham Hospital is seeking to hire a competent Procurement Officer who will be responsible for managing the procurement processes within the hospital.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the hospital's supplies and equipment are acquired in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement activities in line with hospital policies
  
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and manage contracts
  
• Ensure timely procurement of medical and non-medical supplies
  
• Maintain accurate procurement records and inventory documentation
  
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues
  
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements
  
• Work closely with finance, stores, and departmental heads to forecast needs
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a healthcare setting
  
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
  
• Knowledge of procurement procedures, inventory management, and vendor relations
  
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software is an added advantage
