JOB SUMMARY
The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and reliable production operations by translating production plans into daily execution.Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required1.Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Production Management, Engineering, or related field.2.Minimum 3 years‘ experience in dairy, food processing or FMCG manufacturing.3.Knowledge of dairy processing operations, quality management, and food safety.4.Experience with packaging/filling machines and production equipment.5.Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.6.Knowledge of GMP, HACCP principles, and workplace safety standards.7.Computer proficiency; ERP experience will be an added advantage.8.Ability to work under pressure and manage production shifts.
