Job Mission
We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to oversee the execution and delivery of our remote work placement and engagement programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in remote work and international placements, and a proven track record of leading a team or unit. This role requires a deep understanding of remote workforce dynamics, and the ability to drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders and geographies.

Key Responsibilities
● Drive the Strategic Overview of the project
● Operational Management (Manage the full cycle of Project Management -design, execution, organizational strategies, facilitate, etc)
● Coordinate the design and/or development and/or strengthening of various processes (including, but not limited to organizational structure, operational policies and mandates|)
● Build a team of capable individuals for scale of the project
● Manage P&L, including revenue and cost management of the Project
● Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for the donor and the staff
● Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor organization.
● Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes.
● Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on a regular basis to the donor.
● Oversee the preparation and submission of annual activity-based project budgets as well as monthly and quarterly financial reports and assessing and actioning funding.
● Lead and motivate the project team and monitor project activities and project expenditure and coordinate work with the teams in the project
● Ensure close collaboration and coordination with cooperating partners to guarantee smooth implementation of activities and achievement of results as specified in grant agreements.
● Employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation and monitoring.
● Troubleshoots project problems. Identifies and implements creative solutions.
● Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies
Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in any relevant discipline.
● 7+ years in remote work, international placements, or distributed workforce programs, or impact/ NGO space with 3 or more of these in a management capacity
● Proven experience leading a unit, team, or program (e.g., recruiting team focused on remote or abroad placements).
● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
● Deep understanding of remote work trends, engagement strategies, and placement best practices.
● Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Experience executing large scale - multi-million dollar programs successfully
