Role Purpose
The Program Manager, Centonomy Entrepreneur is a marketing-led role responsible for driving demand, enrollment, and successful onboarding into the Centonomy Entrepreneur program, while ensuring strong collaboration with client relations team for ongoing learner engagement and outcomes. This role owns audience insight, lead generation, conversion, and onboarding, and partners cross-functionally to ensure entrepreneurs experience a coherent, high-quality learning journey.
Core Accountability Areas
1. Program Marketing Strategy & Enrollment
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Centonomy Entrepreneur cohorts based on a deep understanding of target entrepreneur segments, motivations, and barriers.
• Clearly define ideal client profiles and continuously refine audience segmentation to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Identify and prioritize the most effective channels to reach entrepreneurs (digital
platforms, events, partnerships, alumni referrals, and PR opportunities).
• Work closely with the PR team to brief, coordinate, and monitor campaigns, advertisements, and media placements to ensure they run effectively and generate quality leads.
• Track campaign performance and lead quality, feeding insights back into marketing and messaging decisions.
• Own full cohort enrollment targets for all Centonomy Entrepreneur intakes (February, June, and September), with accountability for achieving agreed participant numbers per cohort through effective marketing, conversion, and onboarding strategies.
2. Sales Conversion, Payment & Onboarding Handover
• Own conversion of qualified leads into confirmed participants through calls, WhatsApp, email, and events.
• Clearly communicate program value, structure, timelines, and pricing to prospective participants.
• Ensure all enrolled participants have completed payment requirements in line with Centonomy policies.
• Manage pre-program onboarding processes including confirmations, and introduce the Client Relations team.
• Formally hand over fully paid first installment and onboarded participants to the Client Relations team for ongoing engagement, attendance tracking, and learner support.
• Maintain clear documentation and participant records to enable smooth transition from marketing to client relations.
3. Growth, Revenue & Partnerships (Marketing & Enrollment Ownership)
• Personally manage lead follow-up and conversion through calls, WhatsApp, email, and events, ensuring timely and relational engagement.
• Work closely with the Client Relations team to align on participant information, engagement plans, and follow-up priorities.
• Track enrollment trends, drop-offs, and conversion patterns to improve future marketing and onboarding strategies.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships e.g. Influencers, that support brand visibility, sales, sponsorships, and entrepreneur access.
• Support partnership negotiations, and post-partnership evaluation.
4. Cross-Team Coordination & Handover
• Act as the primary link between Marketing, PR, Client Relations, Programs, Finance and Operations for the Centonomy Entrepreneur program.
• Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and handover points across teams.
• Ensure the Client Relations team has accurate participant data, learning objectives, and engagement expectations.
• Participate in cross-team planning and review meetings to align marketing, onboarding, and delivery insights.
5. Monitoring, Learning & Continuous Improvement
• Track marketing and enrollment metrics including lead quality, conversion rates, onboarding completion, and cohort fill rates.
• Review onboarding feedback to improve clarity, readiness, and participant confidence before program start.
• Partner with the Client Relations team to review learning patterns, attendance trends, and engagement insights.
• Use data and feedback to refine marketing messages, targeting, onboarding processes, and cohort planning.
6. Financial & Commercial Accountability
• Prepare annual program budgets and cohort-level forecasts.
• Own delivery within approved budgets and support monitoring of program-level cash flows.
• Provide market and competitor insights to inform pricing and product positioning.
Skills, Experience & Competencies
Required
• 3+ years experience in program management, entrepreneurship support, training, or a related field.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Experience working with adult learners, entrepreneurs, or professional development programs.
• Commercial acumen with an understanding of revenue targets, budgeting, and partnerships.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
• Experience in entrepreneurship education or business incubation/acceleration.
• Exposure to marketing, partnerships, or business development environments.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
