ABOUT THE COMPANY

International Transformation Foundation-ITF was officially established in December 2009 by amalgamated East African youths in Kenya. ITF was fully registered as international nonprofit youth development organization on 25th August 2010.

JOB SUMMARY

Candidate SpecificationsMust be between 18 – 30 years old;Must commit to a minimum period of six (6) months;Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Community Development, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Development Studies, or related field is an added advantage;Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;Ability to work in diverse communities and multicultural environments;Willingness to participate in field activities and community engagement programs;Good report writing and computer skills;Passionate about youth empowerment, community transformation, and sustainable development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the planning and implementation of ITF projects and activities;Conduct field visits, community assessments, and project monitoring activities;Prepare project reports, activity reports, and documentation;Coordinate community meetings, trainings, and awareness activities;Assist in project budgeting, logistics, and operational coordination;Support monitoring and evaluation processes including data collection and reporting;Maintain project records, photos, and activity documentation;Liaise with volunteers, schools, community leaders, and project beneficiaries;Assist in organizing project launches, workshops, and community engagement activities;Perform any other project-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
