Salary: Ksh 60,000 – 85,000 (Gross) + Commission
Reports To: Sales Director / Managing Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Project Sales Lead to drive sales and close deals within our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing high volumes of deals daily, managing client relationships, and converting quotations generated from field teams (riders) into successful sales.
This role requires a strong closer with excellent sales acumen, who can act as the face of the company, handle pressure, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Deal Closure
• Convert quotations generated by riders/field teams into confirmed sales
• Manage and close a high volume of real estate deals daily
• Actively engage clients, negotiate terms, and drive deals to closure
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Provide professional guidance on real estate investments and property options
Coordination & Team Collaboration
• Work closely with riders and field sales teams to ensure seamless client follow-ups
• Coordinate site visits, documentation, and deal execution
• Ensure timely communication between all stakeholders
Administration & Reporting
• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Track pipeline, conversions, and performance metrics

Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales (preferably real estate or high-value sales)
• Proven track record in closing deals and meeting aggressive sales targets
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and property sales process

Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong sales and negotiation skills (closer mindset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of business acumen and client management
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously

Additional Requirements
• Must have a valid driving license
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required
• Professional, presentable, and confident (able to represent the company)
• Strong follow-up and execution skills
• High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability

Candidate Profile (Preferred)
• Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience working with Indian
clientele or within similar business environments
• Indian Male candidates are encouraged to apply
