DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with shoppers in supermarkets to create awareness and generate interest in the company’s products.
- Offer product samples and demonstrate usage where applicable.
- Explain the features, benefits, and unique selling points of products to customers.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Assist in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and ensuring promotional areas are tidy and attractive.
- Collect customer feedback and report observations to the marketing team.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Support sales goals by encouraging purchases through effective promotion strategies.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of supermarket operations is beneficial
