- Market and promote residential and commercial property listings through various sales and marketing channels.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and property viewings for prospective buyers.
- Understand clients property requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Negotiate property prices, terms, and agreements to facilitate successful sales transactions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, leads, and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, open days, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing and excellent customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in real estate marketing, property sales, or a similar sales role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing property transactions.
- Experience selling high-value residential or commercial properties will be an added advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good presentation and persuasion skills.
