Job Description/Requirements
Qualifications:
Proficiency in cost estimation tools (e.g., CostX, Cleopatra) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Technical knowledge of logistics operations (e.g., warehousing, freight, last-mile delivery) and oil/gas supply chain (e.g., material specifications, INCOTERMS).
Certification in Project Management (PMP), LEAN, or Six Sigma is a plus.
Familiarity with humanitarian logistics standards (e.g., SPHERE, UN procurement guidelines).
Skills/Characteristics:
Analytical: Breaks down complex projects into cost components (labor, materials, transport).
Technical: Understands engineering drawings, material specs, and logistics workflows.
Detail-oriented: Ensures accuracy in cost models and compliance with client requirements.
Collaborative: Works with procurement, operations, and sales teams to validate estimates.
