Responsibilities
l Manage day-to-day operations of commercial, residential or mixed-use assets to ensure optimal functionality, profitability and tenant satisfaction.
l Conduct routine property inspections and implement corrective action plans to maintain asset quality and compliance.
l Monitor market trends and industry benchmarks to support strategic decision-making and portfolio optimization.
l Track income, expenses and cash flow for assigned properties.
l Review and administer lease contracts, renewals, amendments and terminations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
l Collaborate with brokers, legal teams and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely completion of transactions.
l Prepare, manage and analyze property budgets, capital expenditure plans and financial forecasts.
l Monitor revenue streams, operating costs, variances and asset performance metrics to support financial targets.
l Approve invoices, review financial statements and deliver periodic performance reports to senior management.
l Review financial records, reconciliations and supporting documentation
l Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
l Ensure all properties comply with applicable building codes, safety standards, zoning regulations and company policies.
l Maintain complete and accurate documentation related to leases, inspections, maintenance activities and financial records.
Qualifications & Experience
l Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
l 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate management, property management, leasing or related fields.
l Strong knowledge of property operations, lease administration and real estate regulations.
l Solid understanding of accounting principles and budgeting.
l Demonstrated analytical aptitude and financial acumen.
