DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Source and list properties (land, rentals, and sales) within Nairobi and surrounding areas

· Identify and approach property owners, landlords, and developers for new listings

· Conduct property viewings and guide prospective clients through the process

· Assist in preparing marketing materials – photos, videos, and online listings

· Promote properties via online platforms, social media, and in the field

· Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads

· Maintain and update the client and property database

· Collect market information – trends, prices, competitor activity, and client preferences

· Assist in negotiations and communicate between clients and property owners

· Support the sales team in meeting targets, including arranging meetings and preparing documentation

· Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve sales and marketing skills

· Occasionally assist in office administrative tasks related to marketing and sales

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

· Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field

· Minimum of 6 months experience in real estate marketing or sales

· Must be trainable, proactive, and results-oriented

· Strong interest in field sourcing and client acquisition

· Good knowledge of Nairobi and its environs
