The Accounts Receivable Officer will manage TenX’s daily sales reconciliation and collections process across 200+ retail outlets and key distributors. The role ensures all field sales recorded through the Senri sales force platform are accurately reconciled with loading sheets, captured in Zoho, and matched to M-Pesa receipts.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
CPA Part II or equivalent
Experience with Zoho Books, similar accounting software
Strong reconciliation skills
Accounts receivable and collections experience
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Working knowledge of Zoho Books and digital sales/payment systems
High attention to detail and control mindset
Basic VAT/eTIMS awareness
