Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide administrative support – meetings, schedules, filing, and minutes
- Manage front office & reception – greet clients, handle calls, collect feedback
- Oversee order management – POS entry, verification, reconciliation, and dispatch
- Handle financial tasks – invoices, expenses, asset register, daily book balancing
- Ensure office management – cleanliness, supplies, and staff supervision
- Drive communication & social media – WhatsApp client engagement, timely responses, reporting
- Uphold professional conduct – punctuality, confidentiality, and company standards
- Flexibility to work in a luxury studio/atelier environment with peak seasons and occasional travel
