We are seeking a versatile and proactive Front Office & Technical Sales Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This is a "hybrid" role designed for a professional who possesses a background in agricultural/biological sciences and a passion for customer engagement.

The Receptionist / Front Office Assistant will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling visitors, coordinating communication, supporting basic sales activities, and ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, attend to, and direct visitors and clients to the respective offices with a high degree of professionalism.
- Manage all social media platform correspondences (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X) and website inquiries with timely and helpful responses.
- Identify sales opportunities from walk-in customers and existing clients to grow business volume.
- Facilitate hospitality for staff and stakeholders by preparing and serving office tea and refreshments
- Ensure the office, equipment, and apparatus are cleaned and orderly
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls via a multi-line switchboard; handle physical mail and official correspondences.
- Manage the filing system, scanning, photocopying, and binding of documents to ensure proper records management.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
