Job Description
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, tenants, and business partners. The successful candidate will help maintain a professional office environment by managing incoming communication, coordinating appointments, assisting visitors, and supporting general administrative activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, well-organized, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and business partners and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Respond to general inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments, property viewings, and meetings
- Maintain accurate visitor, client, and inquiry records
- Provide basic information about available properties and direct detailed inquiries to the relevant team member
- Assist with organizing property documents, client information, and office records
- Receive and distribute correspondence, documents, and deliveries
- Support the team with basic administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Keep the reception and common office areas organized and presentable
- Follow up on general client inquiries where required
- Assist in maintaining property listings and updating basic information when needed
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure activities run smoothly
Requirements

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet applications

- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Administrative Assistant is an added advantage.
