Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Client Management
• Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and tenants professionally
• Answer and direct calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Personal Assistant & Executive Support
• Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments
• Organize meetings, property viewings, and company activities
• Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and commitments to ensure completion
• Assist in planning and organizing business and personal schedules
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and reminders
• Act as a gatekeeper and organizer for management priorities
Administrative Duties
• Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
• Maintain filing systems and client records
• Handle office supplies and coordination
• Support sales and management teams with logistics
Qualifications & Education
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or related field
• Additional PA or office administration training is an advantage
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Receptionist, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
• Experience in real estate or corporate office environment is an added advantage
