Regional Ambassador - Emergency Response Partnerships

The ERT is the monday.com Foundation's Emergency Response Team, deploying pro bono digital support to humanitarian organizations during crises.

We provide rapid digital solutions that enable emergency responders to turn chaos into response.

The Ambassador Program aims to expand the ERT’s reach and enable more organizations to benefit from localized pro bono support. We are recruiting ambassadors for Africa’s region.

As a Regional Ambassador, you have years of experience working in the disaster space in your country. You’ll use your expertise and network to help emergency response organizations access and implement the ERT’s tools and services. This includes mapping key actors, engaging with them before and during emergencies, and supporting them with digital solutions for disaster management.

Ultimately, your role is to ensure that in every emergency, we’re working hand in hand with local organizations—helping them outdo their best. When needed, this may include deploying alongside us.

Ambassador Requirements

10+ years of experience in emergency response in your country, including field deployments and a proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments.

A strong local network of civil society organizations, NGOs, UN agencies, first responders, and government actors, with a history of collaboration.

Experience organizing trainings, events, and networking activities related to emergency preparedness and response.

Ability to work independently and flexibly—you’ll create and implement a 3-month action plan based on set KPIs, with regular progress updates. This is a freelance role with the potential to extend based on performance and ERT needs.
