About the Company
We are an innovative startup providing advanced vehicle tracking and security solutions designed for Kenyan roads, businesses, and individual vehicle owners. Our mission is to offer real-time tracking, theft prevention, and fleet management systems that deliver safety, reliability, and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Management
Supervise and mentor the Lead Marketers, and other marketing staff.
Oversee the performance of Lead Marketers, each managing a team of 10 field and digital marketers.
Set clear performance targets, provide training, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and sales objectives.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the marketing department.
2. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research to identify customer segments, competitors, and emerging trends in Kenya’s vehicle security industry.
Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions for both corporate clients and individual car owners.
3. Campaign Management & Lead Generation
Plan and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and field activations) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Oversee social media presence, website updates, and online advertising campaigns.
Coordinate product demonstrations, roadshows, and exhibitions targeting fleet managers, logistics firms, SACCOs, and individual car owners.
4. Partnership Development
Build relationships with dealerships, insurance companies, SACCOs, fleet managers, and logistics companies to grow referral and sales networks.
Negotiate collaborations with marketing agencies, media outlets, and influencers.
5. Customer Insights & Product Feedback
Collect, analyze, and present customer feedback to guide product improvements.
Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to ensure accurate and persuasive marketing communication.
6. Budgeting & Performance Tracking
Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion rates, brand reach, and ROI for all campaigns.
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in tech, automotive, or security-related industries.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing).
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams toward ambitious targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Kenya’s transport and logistics ecosystem is an added advantage.
