JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
Control and ensure that all Group procedures are applied correctly (financial and operational process)Verify all accounting process (treasury, customers, suppliers, etc.)Control operations process (transporters validation, etc.)Control of all documents/signaturesControl the task segregation and all suppliers IT accessEnsure all expenses are accounted forEnsure full recoveries are made by operationsFile analysis (margin per file, customer, etc.)Control disbursements in the system and ensure files are in order (billing, documentation in place, etc.)Analyze credit note filesControl stock takingLiaise with external auditors and follow up their recommendationsEnsure compliance with Tax regulations and other statutory requirementsConduct financial and systems audit and ascertain their completeness, effectiveness, and reliability.
