Oversee all branch activities/operational aspects which include sales, administration, performance and objectives of the branch which cover both courier and bus business unit.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
Degree in a business related course or its equivalent.
Relevant Previous Experience:
At least 2 years’ experience in an office administration role managing at least a team of 20 employees.
Business Understanding:
1) Understands how to operate an E.T.R machine for VAT purposes.
2) Understand basic accounting concepts.
3) Understand different routes in East and Central Africa.
4) Understand proper use of MS excel.
5) Customer service skills.
Knowledge:
Functional Skills:
1) Have basic accounting skills.
2) Understanding of Microsoft excel
3) Ability to analyse and interpret data from the system.
Generic Skills:
1) Proficient with MS office tools.
2) Language proficiency English and Kiswahili.
3) Be able to interpret and analyse financial data.

Reporting Manager

Supervisors, booking clerks, loader, cleaners and branch security.
Key Responsibilities
1) Frequent visits to each of the branches under his region to confirm adherence to operations guidelines.
2) Come up with sales strategies that will ensure monthly targets are achieved per branch.
3) Manage daily branch operation for all branches under his region.
4) Ensure all business permits and registration documents are updated and well displayed for customers & enforcement officials to see in all his regional branches.
5) Oversee quality of services at the branch level to ensure a wow experience for each customer.
6) Ensure adherence to promises given to our customers is at 100%.
7) Price list adherence for both courier and bus.
8) Ensure all office operations are strictly aligned to our SOP.
9) Ensure that all communications from HQ is passed to all employees timely without distorting the actual message relayed.
10) Proper handling, storage and dispatch of parcels to be adhered to.
11) Ensure proper handling/management of all office facilities/report any malfunctions.
Typical Tasks (indicative but not exhaustive)
1) Preparing of the duty roaster keeping in mind daily attendance is adhered to as well as ensuring employees get a day off.
2) Tallying of sales of previous day for all his/her regional branches.
3) Book keeping of daily sales records/expenses.
4) Oversee cleanliness of the branch and its environ.
5) Ensure reorder level for stationary is well maintained.
6) Push for daily sales in order to achieve daily sales targets.
7) Maintaining and submitting weekly report to head of bus and courier business unit.
8) To report any incidents that needs attention by the business unit heads or HR department.
