Job Description/Requirements
The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s educational products to schools and other potential clients withing allocated areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market educational products to schools and other institutions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct product presentations and follow up on prospective clients.
- Meet agreed sales targets.
- Gather customer feedback and market information.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Represent the company professionally during field visits and meetings.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Education or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good organisational and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with schools and educational institutions within Kisumu is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned sales territory.
