Mulberry Growers Ltd focuses on strengthening its presence in key export markets by generating consistent and qualified international buyer leads.

Role Summary / Purpose

To generate and manage qualified B2B leads within assigned regions and support revenue growth through structured marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute targeted campaigns for Europe and Middle East markets.
• Identify and qualify importers, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Maintain accurate CRM and lead databases.
• Conduct regional market research and pricing analysis.
• Align messaging with export capacity and product availability.
• Provide weekly performance reports on lead generation.
• Coordinate closely with Regional Sales Manager for smooth lead handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing.
• Strong research and digital marketing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fresh produce export marketing.
• Knowledge of European or Middle East buyer behavior.
