Job Title

Regional Sales Manager (Europe & Middle East)

Company Overview

Mulberry Growers Ltd supplies fresh produce to international buyers, focusing on profitable and sustainable export partnerships.

Role Summary / Purpose

To convert qualified leads into confirmed export contracts while maintaining approved profit margins and building long-term importer relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to order confirmation.
  • Prepare quotations and Proforma Invoices.
  • Negotiate pricing within approved margin structures
  • Ensure margin compliance before deal closure.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
  • Confirm payment terms prior to order processing.
  • Coordinate confirmed orders with Operations Manager.
  • Report non-conversions due to pricing or payment challenges.
  • Achieve monthly sales revenue and volume targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Sales, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in export sales of fresh produce.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Understanding of international payment terms and pricing structures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of European or Middle East buyers.
  • Experience handling export documentation and contracts.

Compensation and Benefits

Working Conditions & Location

Nairobi CBD office. May require international travel or client visits.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the Managing Director. Works closely with Marketing and Operations teams.
