Job Title: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Our client a construction company is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales performance and expand market presence across assigned regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading regional sales teams, developing market strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Oversee and manage sales operations within the assigned region.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve high performance.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably at a regional level.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: KES 80,000 – 150,000 per month
- Sales Commission: 1% – 3% based on sales performance
