Job Purpose
The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for driving commercial growth by pursuing direct sales opportunities individually, managing sales partners and coordinating Brand Ambassadors to execute the company’s Go-to-Market Strategy within the assigned region.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with individual customers and key accounts.
• Recruit, onboard and manage productive sales partners, provide to them product training, sales tools and ongoing support.
• Recruit, train and supervise Brand Ambassadors in the assigned region.
• Handle customer inquiries, post-sale support and coordinate with technical team to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, furnish them with current information/training and cross-sell.
• Grow market presence and brand visibility in the region, monitor competitor activities and provide to management insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports covering all sales activities.
Key Qualifications
• Diploma/Degree in a Business-related field.
• At least 3 yrs experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Work experience in IT/Telco sectors is an added advantage.
