Job summary
A rapidly growing Renewable Energy and Energy Storage Company is expanding its operations across Kenya and is looking for energetic, ambitious, and results-oriented Regional Sales Representatives to drive market growth and strengthen our distribution network.

Qualifications:
Ø High School Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.
Ø Preferred backgrounds in Marketing, Business, Electrical Engineering, Energy, or Engineering.
Ø 1-3 years' experience in sales, channel development, solar, electrical products, construction materials, engineering, or B2B sales.
Ø Familiarity with local markets and customer networks.
Ø Existing installer or electrical/solar distribution contacts are an advantage.
Ø Willingness to travel frequently.
Ø Good English communication skills; Kiswahili is preferred.
Ø Valid driver's license and own motorcycle or vehicle is an advantage.
Ø Strong results orientation and willingness to meet customer development and sales KPIs.
Key responsibilities:
· Identify and develop customer databases including solar companies, electrical companies, installers, retail partners, EPC contractors, and distributors.
· Conduct regular customer visits.
· Develop customer profiles, collect market requirements, and secure partnership opportunities.
· Support customer teams in expanding regional markets, recruiting stores, and identifying installer partners.
· Follow up on leads, quotations, purchase orders, payments, and product deliveries.
· Gather market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, customer needs, store locations, and project opportunities.
· Assist with store openings, customer visits, installer training, and product demonstrations.
· Submit daily and weekly visit reports, customer information forms, opportunity tracking reports, and issue logs.
· Support achievement of regional sales targets.
