1. KPI Management Team
We are looking for energetic and driven individuals who are eager to learn and take initiative. The ideal candidate is organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, thinks analytically to solve problems, and approaches challenges with creative, practical solutions. Strong teamwork, communication, and data analysis skills are essential to succeed in this role.
- Monitor Bolt Fleet drivers and their live map performance to maintain efficiency and KPI compliance.
- Track and follow up on underperforming drivers and support corrective action initiatives.
- Manage driver incentives and performance-based reward programs.
- Coordinate and participate in internal and external meetings related to the Bolt fleet and Driver performance management.
- At least a Diploma graduate In Business Management /Administration /Communications and Public Relations/Marketing or equivalent (Carry your academic certificates to the interview).
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
- Detail oriented, analytical, and with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Solution-oriented, with the ability to think creatively and propose fresh ideas.
- Computer literacy- working knowledge and practical experience with Google services(workspace, spreadsheets)
2. Vehicle Sales Team:
We are seeking proactive and results-driven Vehicle Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent client follow-up abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences throughout the vehicle sales process.
What you will do:
- Actively identify and engage prospective customers through leads, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process, including cash purchase, financing, and refinancing options.
- Negotiate pricing and terms effectively to close sales while meeting company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, and test drives as part of the sales process.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and documentation.
What we require:
- At least a Diploma graduate In Business Management /Administration /Communications and Public Relations/Marketing or equivalent (Carry your academic certificates to the interview).
- Experience in sales and customer-facing roles.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Excellent follow-up, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to work both in the field and from the office, depending on operational needs.
- Computer literacy- working knowledge and practical experience with Google services(workspace, spreadsheets).
- A Valid Driver's License is an added advantage.
Computer skill test in the interview:
We will ask the interview candidates to perform some basic practical tasks on google spreadsheets. Candidates are expected to complete all the tasks within the given time.
