The role is responsible for growing and managing a quality loan book, ensuring timely repayments, minimizing delinquency, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting defined business and recovery targets.

ย โข Ability to work independently in the field and meet performance targets.
ย โข High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
ย โข Basic computer skills and report writing ability.
