The role is responsible for growing and managing a quality loan book, ensuring timely repayments, minimizing delinquency, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting defined business and recovery targets.

ย  โ€ข Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
ย  โ€ข Match client financial needs with appropriate loan products and services.
ย  โ€ข Drive repeat borrowing and cross-selling of company products.
ย  โ€ข Educate clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and benefits of good credit history.
ย  โ€ข Monitor client businesses and align repayments with cash flow cycles.
ย  โ€ข Follow up on repayments and ensure timely collections.
ย  โ€ข Manage delinquent accounts and pursue recovery until full settlement.
ย  โ€ข Assess borrower capacity to determine appropriate loan size and terms.
ย  โ€ข Collect customer feedback and support service and product improvement.
ย  โ€ข Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain high service standards.
ย  โ€ข Build long-term client relationships to promote loyalty and retention.

ย  โ€ข Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
ย  โ€ข At least 2 yearsโ€™ experience in microfinance, sales, credit, or relationship management.
ย  โ€ข Good understanding of loan products and repayment management.
ย  โ€ข Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
ย  โ€ข Ability to work independently in the field and meet performance targets.
ย  โ€ข High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
ย  โ€ข Basic computer skills and report writing ability.

ย  โ€ข Minimum of 70 loan disbursements per month.
ย  โ€ข At least 95% monthly collection rate.
ย  โ€ข Portfolio at Risk (PAR) maintained below 10%.
ย  โ€ข Client retention rate of at least 85%.
ย  โ€ข Growth in repeat borrowing and cross-selling volumes.
