Key Responsibilities
- Identify, market, and onboard new customers to Known Capital’s loan products.
- Build and manage strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Track loan repayments and follow up with clients to minimize defaults and maintain portfolio quality.
- Conduct field visits and client assessments when required.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with operations and credit teams to ensure smooth loan processing and effective recovery.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales and collections reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, collections, or relationship management—preferably in digital lending, microfinance, or banking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in mobile and digital platforms.
