JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications/Requirements▪ Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized university(MBChB or MBBS)▪ Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners andDentists Council▪ At least one (1) year internship experience in either a public or privatehospital.▪ Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support(ACLS)▪ Knowledge of healthcare policies, documentation, and reportingprocedures.▪ Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management InformationSystems).Desirable competencies▪ Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.▪ Knowledge of the laws of Kenya, regulations, guidelines, and healthschemes.▪ Good report writing skills.▪ Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff,patients, and other stakeholders.
