Role Overview
As Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house teams
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and uphold premium service standards
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, cost control, and profitability
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively
- Drive team training, performance management, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume or fine-dining environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial awareness with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
