JOB SUMMARY

The RoleWe are looking for a Friendly, Confident, and Fast learner female sales associate to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so a Positive attitude, Good communication skills, and a Heart for service are very important.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in the shop with warmth and professionalismHelp customers choose products and answer questions clearlyHandle customer orders, pickups, and dispatchUsing the Point of Sale (POS) system to record sales and track stock.Maintaining stock records and assisting in inventory management.Keeping the shop clean, neat, and well arranged at all timesMaintain a friendly, respectful, and professional attitudeRequirements•       Diploma in sales, marketing, communication or relevant field•       Female applicant living within Nairobi•       Friendly, honest, and confident when interacting with customers•       Good communication skills and basic multitasking ability•       Organized, punctual, and responsible•       Has at least 1 year of experience in sales or a related customer-facing role•       Computer literate and able to handle basic online tasks•       A Christian with strong values, integrity, and a service-oriented mindset
