We are looking for a warm, engaging Retail Sales Executive who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and making them feel at ease. This role comes with a clear expectation: you must be an excellent closer, one who guides customers naturally from conversation to purchase whilst creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for each person who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate is personable, confident, and attentive, with a knack for understanding what customers truly need. You will take pride in delivering personalised service, building trust, and ensuring every customer leaves happy, valued, and delighted. Your ability to combine relationship-building with strong sales instincts will be key to your success in this role.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’sDegree in Marketing or Hospitality Management


Minimum Years of Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a sales or hospitality (front office or guest relations) position.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Provide personalised styling advice and build complete looks for customers

Deliver best-in-class customer service and resolve concerns professionally

Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation

Participate in inventory management, stock verification, and loss prevention

Handle point-of-sale transactions and cash management

Support store opening/closing procedures and complete sales reports

Track customer flow, feedback, and contribute to brand-building initiatives
