Job Summary
We are seeking a highly energetic, aggressive, and results-driven Rider / Sales & Administrative Assistant to support both field sales operations and office administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product/service delivery, client engagement, sales generation, and reporting, while ensuring excellent customer experience.
This role requires someone who is street-smart, persuasive, and highly reliable, with a strong understanding of Nairobi and its environs, and the ability to work flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned areas
• Promote and sell company products/services to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Delivery & Field Operations
• Handle delivery of documents to clients efficiently
• Navigate across Nairobi and surrounding areas with ease
• Ensure timely and professional interaction with customers
Administration & Reporting
• Maintain accurate sales records and daily activity reports
• Prepare and submit timely reports using Excel and other tools
• Support general administrative tasks as required
• Track orders, payments, and client feedback
Customer Service & Relationship Management
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1–3 years’ experience in sales, delivery, or a similar role
• Basic knowledge of real estate is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
