Get Jobs Recruitment Services is seeking to recruit experienced and highly motivated Rider Supervisors on behalf of our client, a leading security services company in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate daily security operations within assigned areas.
· Manage deployment, discipline, welfare, and performance of security personnel.
· Ensure all staffing gaps and absences are promptly addressed.
· Conduct regular site visits and maintain strong client relationships.
· Monitor compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and client requirements.
· Coordinate onboarding and orientation of newly assigned guards.
· Conduct routine day and night inspections, spot checks, and patrols.
· Ensure guards are properly equipped and adhere to required standards.
· Investigate and report incidents, emergencies, and operational challenges.
· Coordinate on-the-job training and refresher programs for security personnel.
· Maintain accurate attendance records and operational reports.
· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
· Ensure full assignment coverage and operational efficiency within the assigned zone.
· Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
· KCSE Certificate or equivalent qualification.
· Diploma in Business Studies, Security Management, or a related field.
· A Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
· Valid Riding Licence with at least three (3) years of active riding experience.
· Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
· Must be willing to work within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
Experience & Skills
· Minimum three (3) years' experience in a security supervisory role.
· Strong leadership and people management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in deployment and management of security personnel.
· Knowledge of CCTV systems, alarm systems, guarding operations, and incident reporting.
· Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
· Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills.
· High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
