Job Purpose
Our client, a leading outdoor advertising company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join their dynamic team.
The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
1. Ensuring that set sales targets are met;
2. Identifying and visiting potential customers for new business and opportunities.
3. Developing client proposals and pitching for new signage business.
4. Negotiating the terms of a sales agreement and closing the sales.
5. Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on buying
trends; analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition.
6. Developing, managing and enriching customer relations
6. Providing help and advice to customers using company products and services
and ensuring that client projects are implemented according to schedule.
7. Investigating, solving customer problems and handling customer complaints.
8. Developing and negotiating business contracts; integrating contracts require
ments with business operations
9. Any other duties that may be assigned by management.
1. Minimum Diploma in Sales/Marketing or related field
2. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
3. Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
4. Self-driven, organized, and team-oriented
Educational Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma in sales/marketing-oriented field or relevant qualification

Salary Range: KES 120,000- 130,000 Gross p.m. (PLUS COMMISSION)
