Our products include Check-Off Loans for Government Civil Servants (TSC, National Police Service, and Government Ministries) and Logbook Loans for vehicle owners and SMEs. We are seeking highly driven and results-oriented Sales Agents to join our expanding sales network.

Role Summary

The Sales Agent will be responsible for sourcing clients, marketing LockBx loan products, managing customer relationships, and achieving agreed sales targets through field activations, referrals, and direct selling. This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential ideal for aggressive sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

·        Market and sell LockBx products including Check-Off Loans and Logbook Loans.

·        Source new clients through field marketing, institutional visits, referrer networks, and digital/social selling.

·        Achieve agreed monthly and weekly sales targets.

·        Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.

·        Maintain and grow a strong personal sales portfolio.

·        Attend daily/weekly early bird meetings and product training sessions.

·        Participate in organized marketing activations and campaigns.

·        Follow assigned marketing routes and territories.

·        Maintain professional customer engagement and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

·        Diploma, Certificate or Degree from a recognized institution in Kenya.

·        Prior experience in microfinance sales, asset finance, logbook loans, insurance sales, SACCO lending or banking sales roles.

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·        Self-driven and target oriented.

·        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·        Existing customer networks within government institutions or SMEs will be an added advantage.
