- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Cold call and warm call prospects to promote our products and services.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
- Based in Kilifi, Kenya (role is on-site).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new software tools.
- Ability to learn and explain technical product specs clearly.
