Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage potential clients across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
2. Present and promote MUWI UPVC roofing tiles, highlighting advantages such as ASA film for color retention, superior insulation, and corrosion resistance
3. Conduct market research, product demonstrations, and client consultations
4. Negotiate and close sales deals in line with approved pricing and commission structures
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and outcomes
6. Collaborate with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
7. Represent MUWI at trade expos, industry events, and digital platforms
8. Occasional travel outside Nairobi (facilitated by the company)

Qualifications
  • Sales Expertise: Experience in Sales Strategy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Lead Generation
  •  Market Research & Analysis: Strong skills in identifying opportunities and analyzing data to support decision-making
  •  Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
  •  Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  •  Industry Knowledge: Experience in the building materials or construction industry is a plus
  •  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  •  Experience: 1–3 years of relevant work experience (ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow in the industry)

  •  Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  •  Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  •  Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
  •  Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline

  •  Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Kenya
