Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and project acquisition targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and corporate
clients.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders for construction-related projects.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives.
Promote the company’s construction products and services through digital and traditional
marketing channels.
Oversee company website, social media platforms, and marketing materials (brochures,
catalogs, project portfolios).
Coordinate with the marketing department on marketing campaigns, site branding, and project
promotions.
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and
developers.
Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Respond to client inquiries, follow up on leads, and manage after-sales engagement.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging
opportunities in the construction sector.
Monitor pricing trends, market demand, and project pipelines.
Provide strategic insights to management for business expansion and market positioning.
Identify relevant tenders and project opportunities.
Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Liaise with technical, procurement, and finance teams during bid preparation.
Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with tender requirements.
Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team.
Set KPIs and monitor team performance against targets.
Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to junior sales and marketing staff.
Collaborate with operations, production, and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or
related field.
Strong understanding of Manufacturing - building materials and market dynamics is an added advantage.
Requirements
8 years’ and above experience in marketing, training, or a related role.
