Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable solar products and solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales documentation.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Assist with product displays and showroom organization.
- Support customer service and after-sales follow-up.
- Promote the company’s solar products through various channels.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in solar, electrical, electronics, or related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Basic computer skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented.
