JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers, offer assistance, answer questions about products, and assist customers in locating merchandise.Process payments using cash registers /or point-of-sale systemsRestock shop, maintain proper display appearances, and assist with inventory counts and placement of new items or depleted items in the shop floorHandle customer complaints and concerns calmly and professionallyMaintaining price labels and ensuring they are correctKeep the store clean, tidy, and organizedParticipating in Marketing events in the storeMaintaining an in-depth knowledge about products and services offered by the store and be able to recommend items to customersEnsuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines
REQUIRED SKILLS
