Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalised shopping experience.
- Offer styling advice and product recommendations based on customers' preferences and needs.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Handle customer enquiries and close sales through WhatsApp, Instagram, the online store, and other digital channels.
- Process online orders accurately and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Follow up with customers on orders, new arrivals, and product availability.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-presented.
- Replenish stock, assist with inventory counts, and ensure products are correctly displayed.
- Keep up to date with new collections, fashion trends, and product knowledge.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store events.
