Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in client engagement or business development in the construction sector
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Must own a laptop and smartphone (own vehicle is an added advantage)
• Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented with a passion for achieving goals
Proven Ability To:
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Develop lasting partnerships with clients and key decision-makers
• Identify client needs and convert opportunities into successful projects
• Consistently meet and exceed set performance goals
• Confidently present and promote construction and interior-related solutions
• Utilize digital tools for tracking, managing, and reporting business activities
Pay Structure: Base compensation plus performance incentives and transport allowance
