Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Associate to support sales growth, expand market reach, and strengthen customer relationships in Nairobi. The role involves field sales, order generation, and market development for our peanut products.
Job descriptions & requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Promote and sell company peanut products in assigned areas
· Identify new customers and sales opportunities
· Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
· Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
· Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and support timely debt collection

Track
daily sales activities and submit sales reports
· Collect customer and market feedback
REQUIREMENTS
· Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
· Proven or strong interest in sales and field work
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to meet targets and work independently
· Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
· Proven Motorcycle driving Skills.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
· Experience in FMCG product sales
· Knowledge of local markets and distribution channels
· Own motorcycle or driving license
