Sales Beautician

Reports To: Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Actively engage with customers to promote and sell beauty, skincare, and personal care products.

· Demonstrate product features, application techniques, and benefits to customers.

· Provide expert beauty advice and personalized recommendations based on customer needs.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

· Assist in product displays, merchandising, and ensuring the beauty counter is visually appealing.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, trends, and promotions.

· Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.

· Support stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment.

· Collaborate with the pharmacy team to create a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

· Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field.

· Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a beauty or pharmacy setting.

· Strong product knowledge in skincare, cosmetics, and beauty care.

· Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

· Customer-focused, confident, and results-driven.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

· Experience in upselling and cross-selling beauty products.

· Knowledge of retail merchandising and visual display techniques.

· Ability to deliver quick beauty consultations to drive sales.
