Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Reporting to: General Manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Sales and Marketing
• Establish and Market Roma Court Serviced Apartments as a major player in the hospitality industry.
• Research and identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and close sales on a consistent Basis.
• Organize daily sales jobs including calling clients, liasing with the accounts person on issuing quotations and sales orders etc
• Achieve the monthly Sales Targets and explain all sales budget variances.
• Conduct Nairobi and its surrounding environments sales visits as per the Weekly activity plans.
• Prepare and share the company’s promotional items as well as update customers on any running discounts.
• Develop effective forecast of customer needs and assist the management to service them accordingly.
• Contribute to planning and implementing of sales and marketing strategies together with the team to achieve the envisioned business growth plan.
• Leverage available data to provide actionable insights to drive sales growth.
• Gather Market Intelligence regarding the product, pricing, competition among others.
• Use this feedback to guide and inform growth opportunities available and approaches to adopt in order to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure prompt and timely communication in the event of enquiries
• Maintain key customer relationships to assure a lasting professional relationship customers.
• Maintain effective communication channels between sales team and other departments to ensure smooth execution of customer’s enquiries as well as business plans and strategies.
• Provide prompt resolution of all customer complaints to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Provide prompt and effective communication as well as timely escalation on all issues affecting customers.

Compensation
-Kshs 30,000-40,000 gross monthly plus 3% commission on hitting the set out target.
