Location: Nairobi
Shift: 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM EAT (Strict Australian Business Hours)
Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Monthly Commission
The Role
You will be responsible for outbound engagement and onboarding across four distinct business units. Your goal is to identify potential partners, brokers, and clients in Australia and move them through the funnel.
- High-Volume Outreach: Cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and zoom calls.
- Onboarding: Guiding new clients and franchisees through our systems.
- Meeting Setting: Securing high-level discovery meetings for our Fund Managers and Consultants.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining a "never-let-a-lead-cold" attitude in the CRM.
